Admission Rules
Before seeking admission of each session admission will start under rules of government guidelines. Under RTE Act free admission for STD-1 class on age 6+ to within 7 years through www.rteparadarshi.odisha.gov.in. The school prospectus and admission form is available at school and the study session is started 1st April to 15th March. Admission for the coming academic session will start from 10th February to 20th March. For classes Nursery to Std-8.
Class
Admission to NURSERY, L.K.G, U.K.G. to std- VIII class are open for pupils of age group 3+ and 4+ by 10th February onwards. Parents should fill-up the application form after a formal interview with the child. They must bring three passport sized photographs of the pupil, birth certificate and Aadhaar photocopy (Pupil, Father and mother) and include parent’s single photographs (both father and mother) are required at time of admission. From std-2 to std-8 TC (School Transfer Certificate) is compulsory for admission. As per the RTE rules students can apply free education for STD-1 of www.rteparadarshi.gov.in.
Fee Structure
The school fee covers 12 months of calendar which may be paid in monthly basis or through installments. There should be no reduction for holidays of broken periods. Fee can be enhanced according to the inflation rate on the decision of the school Board of managing committee members.
N.B.-Please deposit the exact amount at the time of admission (for Library, festival observation, Project class, Examination, Sports and Annual function).
Monthly payment should be made before the 10th of every month.
Parents are requested to insist for a receipt of payment and keep it safety for the whole session.
School Timing
For the KG classes (Nursery, LKG, UKG) and Std-1 - Morning 7.10 am to 09.30 am, (Monday to Saturday) and the day shift classes from Std-2 to Std-8 – Morning10.30am to 3.30pm.
N.B. - The school remains closed on the 2nd Saturday of every month
Our school organizes a PTM on 4th Saturday or Notice from the Principal office of every twice a month.
School Uniform
The school uniform is a symbol of discipline and must be adhered strictly by each student.
Important Information
A parents and Teachers meeting (PTM) will be arranged as per the notification given by the school.
All the students and Teachers must speak in English, Hindi and Odia language Inside the classroom and School Campus.
Every student should reach at school at least 10 minutes before the prayer class. They should bring water bottle, Tiffin and clean school uniform with I Card and school Diary.
Student should get the progress report signed by their parents within seven days after they receive.
75% attendance is compulsory for each student and must have to attend school on the Days of Observation.
Every child must participate in different competitions i.e. debate, essay, writing, painting, song, music, fancy dress, dance, annual sports, science and Math Exhibition, etc.
Application given for the transfer certificate of the student will be issued after seven days by the principal / school in-charge of the school with nominal fees.
Students must be aware about cleanliness and hand wash.
Parents should maintain discipline during the observations of the school functions.
You can help the school managing committee by contributing for the smooth arrangement of the various events and for the beautification of the school.
Children should not wear ornaments inside school and also advised not to bring money with them. (The school will not responsible for any loss)
Before changing of the residence or telephone numbers parents should notice the school and should have to submit the new address and phone number.
Before taking the children out of the school please provide satisfactory reason.
Parents should check the diary and note the remarks regularly.
